What is your return policy? TOP Return/Exchange Information If you are not completely satisfied with a non custom/personalized item, you may return it for a credit or exchange. Please contact us if you need to make a return at info@bellatee.com so that we can arrange for proper return of the item.
Custom Orders:
Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless a valid mistake was made on our end or if the item is clearly defective. We must receive the defective item first before we can send out a replacement. We cannot accept returns for tees that do not fit. Please double check the size chart to ensure that you are ordering the correct size.

Please include a note with your order number and the reason you are returning the product.
Pet Clothing Returns:
We do not accept any exchanges or returns unless the product is damaged or defective. All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to our office within 5 days of receiving your shipment. We will replace any damaged item(s) at no cost to you. You must contact us at Bellatee.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) in order to return any damaged product. Please note that any package arriving without RMA # will be refused and returned to you. If you are approved for a return there will be a 25% stocking fee. How long will it take to get my order?
