Return/Exchange Information

If you are not completely satisfied with a non custom/personalized item, you may return it for a credit or exchange. Please contact us if you need to make a return at info@bellatee.com so that we can arrange for proper return of the item.

 

Custom Orders:

 

Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless a valid mistake was made on our end or if the item is clearly defective. We must receive the defective item first before we can send out a replacement.  We cannot accept returns for tees that do not fit.  Please double check the size chart to ensure that you are ordering the correct size.

Please include a note with your order number and the reason you are returning the product.

 

Pet Clothing Returns:

We do not accept any exchanges or returns unless the product is damaged or defective. All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to our office within 5 days of receiving your shipment.  We will replace any damaged item(s) at no cost to you.  You must contact us at Bellatee.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) in order to return any damaged product.  Please note that any package arriving without RMA # will be refused and returned to you.   If you are approved for a return there will be a 25% stocking fee.

How long will it take to get my order? TOP

Order Processing
In-stock items generally ship within 2-3 business days. Backordered or out-of-stock items will generally ship within 10 business days. If, in rare instances, an order cannot be shipped within these time frames customers will be notified via email with an estimated ship date, and will have the option to cancel their order if the timing is unsatisfactory. ** Note custom/personalized products take 5 days to 3  weeks for production. Please see the product  page for order processing.

Delivery Standards
For East Coast orders in the United States and Canada, p
lease allow 5-7 business days after processing for your order to arrive. For West Coast orders, please allow 8-10 business days after processing. International orders generally take 12-15 business days after processing. Expedited service is available to all destinations for an additional charge - see cart when checking out.

Canadian and International orders are resposible for all tariffs and taxes imposed.
